摘 要:现有同步整流控制芯片大多数只能用于低电压系统 ,由于 VS 端快速 dV/ dt 扰动 ,容易引起芯片故障或损毁。通过对同步整流技术特点的分析 ,在普通 PWM 控制器基础上进行改进就可以实现 BUCK型同步整流 ,提高开关电路的效率 ,并能适用于高电压系统。除此之外 ,利用光耦浮置驱动高边 MOSFET ,抗 VS 端快速 dV/ dt 扰动的能力增强 ,大大提高了电路的可靠性。
Abstract :Most of the Synchronous rectification control chips are commonly used in low voltage system ,because the VS carries the fast dV/ dt ,causing the chip breakdown or damaging easily. By analysing characteristics of synchronous rectification BUCK type can be realized by improving common PWM controller ,it raises the efficiency of the switch circuit ,and is applicatible to high voltage system. Making use of the photo-couple to foat to drive the high side MOSFET in addition ,anti-VS fast dV/ dt raises the credibility of the circuit consumedly. |
