文章研究了实现推挽正激软开关电路的条件与方法,分析了三种软开关谐振网络,简单介绍了软开关电路的工作原理;从谐振环流能量与损耗的角度对各个谐振网络进行了分析比较,说明了各自的特点,并在此基础上给出了各方案下谐振参数的设计准则,最后根据理论分析设计并研制了一台 76V/1000W(80kHz)的原理样机。通过实验对比,验证了理论分析的正确性和各方案的可行性,明确了各自的应用场合。
The condition and method are studied for achieving the Zero-Current-Switching (ZCS)& Zero-Current-transition (ZCT). Meanwhile, introduce three kinds of resonant network; analyze their working principle simply and respective characters according to the tank current energy and the losses of auxiliary MOSFET. Design guidance of the network parameters are given in detail based on analysis above and the critical parameters are identified. In the end, the operation, analysis, features and design considerations are illustrated and verified on a 76V/1kW 80kHZ MOSFET based experimental circuit. Moreover, application field and excellences and disadvantages of respective resonant networks are identified by compared with three soft-switching topology.
